Shipping Locations

We currently deliver orders across India. Delivery serviceability may vary by pincode and courier partner.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, high-volume sales, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 1–4 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and local serviceability. Remote or non-metro areas may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India. All standard shipping costs are borne by Suruchi Sarees and will not be charged to the customer at checkout.

Payment Method

All orders placed on our website are prepaid only. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can use these details to monitor your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, operational disruptions, regional restrictions, or courier service issues. Suruchi Sarees shall not be held liable for such delays.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact details at the time of placing an order.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for re-dispatch and may be subject to additional handling or re-shipping conditions.

Limitation of Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Suruchi Sarees is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation by the courier partner.
