Suruchi Sarees operates both online and offline. We have been in the saree business for over 30 years with a physical retail presence in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Our website allows customers across India to shop conveniently from home while maintaining the same quality standards we follow in-store.
How do I know the quality will be good?
With over 30 years of experience and direct sourcing from manufacturers, each saree undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
Will the colour look exactly the same as in the photos?
We make every effort to capture colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and differences in screen settings.
Do the sarees come with a blouse piece?
Yes, our sarees include an unstitched blouse piece, allowing you complete flexibility to design and tailor it according to your preference. If a pre-stitched blouse is included with any saree, it will be clearly mentioned in the product details.
What payment methods do you accept? Is it safe to pay online?
We currently accept prepaid payments only. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure safe checkout. Your payment details are protected and not stored by us.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation and shipped across India. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partner and typically take 1–4 business days. Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped. Please ensure accurate shipping information at checkout to avoid delays.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Each saree is carefully sourced in limited quantities and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. We request customers to review all product images, videos, and details carefully before placing an order.
If you receive a product with a major defect, transit damage, incorrect item, or missing blouse piece, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method, subject to availability and approval.
If the product matches the listing but does not meet personal expectations (such as colour tone variation due to screen settings or fabric feel assumptions), you may contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video. After review, exchange or store credit may be considered at our discretion.
